We needed a cart to take our belongings, said there is only two - I finally went floor to floor to find one - found one on the 5th floor Other than that, everything was awesome Loved the size of the room Already filled this out on Senic 6 in Chatatanooga TN have more to add on that one

Property is new,but the services are less the average.The flood in the room was dirty and needed a good cleaning.Room 423.Asked for extre pillows and were suppose to be brought up,but weren’t.Took out our dirty towels,but didn’t replace them? Property has potential but need to improve services.

The staff was lovely and the price was great. The room was clean. The lighting and general atmosphere was possibly the least cozy of anywhere I’ve ever stayed.

The room was clean and had everything a road trip traveler could need. However, the water pressure in the shower was less than desirable and conversations from the front desk can be heard in the early morning as well as the sound of carts going past the room. We were in room 111 those conditions may not be the same for other rooms

Room was clean and smells good Bed comfortable Smaller room but more than adequate for a nights stay. Mid size refrigerator, sink and microwave but no utensils. Sandra was fantastic at check in Miserable young lady at the desk in the morning needs serious customer service training.
