The space

This spacious 1,000 square foot two-bedroom, two-full bathroom apartment with a modern, open floorplan, comes complete with two Queen beds and restful pull-out sleeper sofa. Relax with free, high-speed WiFi, full assortment of bath products, plush top mattress and modern tiled rainfall showerhead. Your kitchen comes loaded with all pots, pans, cooking utensils and every dish you'll need. The host was an excellent communicator. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully finished and comfortable. The Churchill neighborhood (and neighbors) was incredibly welcoming and user friendly (being from out of town). Easy Uber access to downtown and other points of interest. If ever visiting Richmond again, we would definitely stay in this location.

Wonderful communication with owner. Great central location to attractions.Quiet neighborhood. A bar and ice cream shop downstairs that are both amazing. The Roosevelt restaurant across the street. Pizza down the street. Very friendly neighborhood with easy parking. Condo was very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Paper products enough for our entire 5 day stay.. A must stay if you need to be in Richmond.

Water Apocalypse

We stayed during the water apocalypse of 2025 in Richmond. The property manager was incredible in making sure we had what we needed during our stay with no city water. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town in June.

5 Star Stay!

The experience renting this property for the weekend was phenomenal from start to finish! The apartment was in a great location, it was very clean, and Daniil even left a bottle of wine for our group, which was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property to any of my family or friends planning a short getaway to Richmond!

The location was wonderful and the property was perfect for our family of 5. The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the bakery across the street and the ice cream place downstairs. We appreciated the quick responses from our host. Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eileen East. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Getting into the courtyard through the gates was very easy as well as entering the apartment. The location is great! So many great places to walk to in the area.

Highly recommend

Great property! Came to Richmond for a wedding and this was a great alternative to a hotel stay. My very first VRBO stay. I was a little nervous about how things would work out. Very walkable area with lots of unique dining experiences. Just a short drive/ride share to downtown. Host provided lots of little unexpected things to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this unit located in this quaint neighborhood .
