The air conditioning wall control didn’t work, the unit rattled constantly, only one elevator was working, couldn’t get the tv working and when asking for help, no body responded. The breakfast selection was skimpy and pancake machine wasn’t working. Very disappointed with our stay. Will not use Tru, especially this one, ever again when traveling.

The lobby area was nice, clean and inviting. Upon checking in there was a placard letting us know the desk clerk was away. There was another person waiting and had been waiting for a little while before we arrived. We waited for about 20 minutes before he decided he had a job and showed up. No apologies or anything, guess that's a work privilege he gets? Place didn't seem safe after that. We were tired and ready for bed. It was around 10:30pm. Just disappointed in the experience. Did try chat with the app but it didn't understand the clerk wasn't there. Called Customer Care but he showed up at that time.

The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway. I was traveling with my daughter, so I wanted some place well lit and safe. We were greeted right away and checked in within a few minutes. I requested a top floor and was granted that with a smile. It was a clean hotel and close to plenty of restaurants and we had a good night's sleep.

Nice Hotel

Greeted very politely when we arrived. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very quick overnight stay. Would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

Dissatisfied

Coffee was excellent, bed was comfortable and generally clean and well-kept, otherwise not a pleasant stay. Not adequately staffed to say the least. Lots of issues: TV didn’t work at all, changed rooms and subsequent had picture but sound issues. Water pressure really bad in shower and linens/towels inadequate for two. Did not find this place “exceptional” as advertised and barely good. Stark furnishings were weird . Will not be looking for this chain in future. ,
