Pool was showing signs of age. Had a little algae growing on the floor which was disappointing. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage. There was also toast waffles cereal and a few fruits as well as yogurt. Seemed a little sparse.

For the price I paid I expecting a bit better service. The room sheets were stained. When I complained room service/guest services took immediate action, so that was a plus. On the way down to guest services another resident from the fourth floor mentioned his family encountered roaches and were being moved. The front desk attendants didn’t seem to have a centralized uniform and I didn’t see anyone wearing a name tag the entire weekend; it would’ve been nice to compliment them by name. Stay was great. The fridge in our room broke. I had to go buy a cooler to keep our things cold. I reported it. It was later in the night. She said someone would come the next day to replace and never did. Laundry room was down so was only able to get one extra towel. All in all everything else was great. I would stay again.

Room was clean and comfy. The only thing I could say is there was a hint of stale cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if that was from back when it was a smoking hotel or ? It was horrible but I could def smell it. Had no problem with it. Could open the window for air and the furniture didn’t smell like it. Was over very happy with my stay snd will come again! Love the view also!
