Several TV channels were giving an error message of "No Signal", our toilet was clogged upon check in and took an entire day to get someone up to fix it, there was NOTHING within walking distance and the closest bus stop was across THE RIVER and over a FREEWAY OVERPASS, and the hotel parking lot entrance was literally right off the freeway in the most inconvenient manner. However, despite all of that, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied from day to day, the pool was heated and relaxing, the staff were all extremely nice and welcoming, and the room was cozy and well kept. The only reason i would stay here again would be the location, given how inconvenient getting into the city was.

The property was clean. I was almost stranded in East Rutherford NJ because they failed to communicate an extra charge when I booked the room. Our television didn't even work and they told us it wouldn't be fixed until our check out day

Clean and good breakfast options. I didn’t care for the fact that it was directly off highway. But the over all noise from that was minimal. So that didn’t change my view of the stay here. I would definitely recommend to others.

I didn’t like the appearance around the hotel. The hotel its self was nice. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast area was very clean and the food as well was good.

So the property is nice the room is nice and had a lot of toiletries and things. The room was clean and nothing looked messy. I chose this place specifically for their buffet and it didn’t disappoint it was a real classic breakfast buffet style. The pool tho looked murky when I went to check it out so I didn’t go in. But for the price of the hotel I don’t say it’s too bad. I just decided not to get in. They do offer you 12 pm check out which is convenient. It was a nice hotel I do wish they made the pool look a little bit nicer and more inviting but everything else was great
