The property is an ideal location for clients looking to explore the area and visit the stunning city of Florence with its many attractions at only 15 km away. Greve in Chianti is at approximately 40 minutes drive and the motorway exit at 20 minutes drive from the house. This property is also appreciated for people who love sports as there are a horse-riding school 1 km away and the renowned Ugolino Golf club at just 30-minutes drive from the house. At the same time even if it is in a very private location and clients can relax Ricavoli beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the farmhouse is a short drive distance from shops (6,5km) and to restaurant (2,5km).
The property is located consists of 3 parts, the oldest of which was built in the 13th century and was used afterwards by the pilgrims who stopped there to rest. The house has been restored with great taste and style with spacious, airy interiors and its 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Familienurlaub
Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus unglaublich genossen! Rebecca und Luciano waren sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und Rebeccas Kochkünste haben uns mehrfach beglückt. Rundum fanden wir es wirklich sehr schön. Haus & Pool & die Lage. Vielleicht könnte man das WLAN noch verbessern:)
