incompetenza

A seguito della conferma della prenotazione avvenuta 2 gg prima della partenza, arrivati in struttura la signora ci comunica con fare indispettito che sono al completo . Senza porgere nessuna scusa ed eventuale alternativa, ha continuato a fare il suo lavoro. Teniamo presente che si trattava di solo 1 notte, pertanto abbiamo dovuto varcare una altra sistemazione che fortunatamente aveva una stanza libera, chiaramente spendendo il doppio di quello che avevamo preventivato. Se questi albergatori non sono in grado di gestire le prenotazioni online, sarebbe molto maglio evitassero di utilizzare strumenti simili non alla loro portata.
