Private: beautiful garden to relax. Patio (20 m2), pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Parking on the premises. Grocery, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 500 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 10 m. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
