The apartment is located on the first of 3 floors, has a living area furnished with beautiful wooden furniture and a large sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee machine, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with tub and bidet and offers space for a total of 6 people. In one of the two light-flooded bedrooms there are 3 single beds, the other one has a queen-size double bed, which can also be pushed apart. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed for one person in the living area.

The equipment also includes Wi-fi, air conditioning, a safe, a TV with cable and satellite reception and a utility room with washing machine.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

The centre of Riva del Garda with its beautiful promenade, the fortress and the ferry pier can be reached after a short drive of less than 10 minutes (3.5 km). In the same radius there is also a nice bathing place (Spiaggia Sabbioni).
