It was overall a good experience staying in Centro, Olaya. It is located at a convenient location from where metro is easily accessible, decent restaurants are located nearby and there is a shopping mall in close vicinity. The hotel and staff were quite nice. I spent two days. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. A variety to chose from. Nice place to stay. Swimming pool and the rest area on the 8th floor are good, and you can enjoy great views from there. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is very professional and attentive. Saudi coffee and flavored ice water at the reception every day. Walking distance to western fast food like KFC, local caffes, grocery stores and a shopping mall. Worked well for me.

Some employees from the reception are very friendly and customer oriented, some not. The bathroom had defects (shower head, plughole) and I asked two times for fixing it, but nothing happended. The swimming pool was closed and could not be used. Very good breakfast and nice service team!
