This renovated loft-style apartment is not a generic condo. It was thoughtfully designed as a stylish urban retreat featuring a private bedroom and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchenette area. Located on the ground floor of our historic 1906 building, the apartment offers modern comfort, artistic character, and soaring 15-foot ceilings.

The quiet apartment sits in the interior center of the building and does not have exterior windows. Instead, beautiful French doors open into our bright, art-filled gallery lobby. The space is warmly lit with multiple lighting sources and mirrors, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

This ground-floor loft apartment is completely private and self-contained.

You'll access the building through our beautiful art lobby, which serves as the shared entrance for the building. Your loft is located straight ahead from the lobby. We and our upstairs guests also use this entrance, but your space remains fully private.

The kitchenette has Stainless Steel worktable, Counter Top Toaster Oven, Counter Top Large Single Burner Hot Plate, Microwave, Under Counter Refrigerator, Electric Tea Kettle & Electric Coffee Maker.

The Bath is in Two Separate Rooms - 1st is Shower Room with a large mirror (and great water pressure) & 2nd is Toilet Room with a Hand Sink and a large mirror.

Exterior cameras are in the parking lot and outside the exterior door. Cameras are always on.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this spacious, comfortable, and centrally located apartment. The host was excellent—great communication and even had the pull-out couch (surprisingly comfortable!) ready for my guest. I especially loved the artistic touches throughout the space—so many unique and interesting pieces of art. VEDA Conference

I came for the VEDA Conference and the Hotel Roanoke was booked up. The location was an easy walk to my conference and loved that downtown parking was included! Host offered reasonable rates, good directions of entry and location (its a little hidden). Cool industrial artsy vibes. Tea and coffee was available - nice touch. Great access to shopping, restaurants and the Star/BR Parkway.

We enjoyed our stay at this convenient downtown apartment. It was exactly as described in the listing. We were able to walk to several restaurants and breweries. The bed is super comfy and we had everything we needed.

What a great space in a great location!

I was in town for a friend's wedding at the Fire Station One Hotel (where the bridal party was staying) and wanted something other than a ho-hum hotel room after having traveled for work many, many times over the previous few months. I looked around for anything in the downtown area and I found the perfect spot! Not only is this apartment located right in the heart of the activity but it was also really unique and full of personality. It was quite literally one of the highlights of the trip. I split the room with a buddy and it was perfect for a couple of guys who were in town to hang out and check out the scene. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance, our favorite's being Martin's, Jack Brown's and of course the Texas Tavern. Everyone that came by to check it out after we raved about it was also impressed. Suzun was an exceptional host and when I had an issue with my account (that Verb didn't seem terribly interested in helping with) that was preventing me from using the app to see any messages, Suzun was able to communicate over text without seeming to break a sweat. The price was also right, which while not always the primary concern when traveling where you spend most of your time someplace other than your room, it never hurts. I 110% would check the availability here if I ever breeze back into town in the future and need a place to stay.

Perfect Getaway!
