HOME INTERIOR LAYOUT: This luxury private home boasts of a very spacious living area, high ceilings throughout the home, a large well-appointed kitchen stocked with spices and all your basic cooking needs, a beautiful dining area, three bedrooms, two full baths and one-half bath including a washer and dryer for your use. This exquisite home is on a single floor with only a few steps at the front and the back of the home. This elegant oceanfront home is furnished with beautiful Honduran carved wood furniture throughout all the rooms and oversized wood doors. Every room has beautiful large wood ceiling fans that help to keep air moving. There are plenty of patio doors and windows to see outside from every room. They also bring in a nice Caribbean breeze throughout the home. Comfortable mattresses and large showers are incorporated for your pleasure.

OUTSIDE: You will enjoy lounging in the lovely outdoor space with plenty of comfy chairs around the awesome pool, sitting in the sun or shade, eating at the outdoor table. Pass your food and drinks through the pass-through window at the bar from the kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee or your night cap out on the patio gazing out into the ocean. A lovely private outdoor shower is available to rinse off. The yard is lush with palm trees, fruit trees and beautiful tropical flowers. There is a private parking space next to the home.

BEDROOMS: Enter the amazing master bedroom through a large wood double door. Continue into the superb ensuite bathroom with built in cabinets, double sinks and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and a door that opens to the hall. The third bedroom is great for 2 kiddos or your teenager with a comfy pull-out couch. There is a half bath included in the third bedroom.

Community Dock: Take a short stroll to our large community private dock. There is an ocean pool that you can walk into, swim or just hang out. The dock has modern, clean indoor bathrooms and showers. You can snorkel or swim off the dock. Sit in the shade under one of the beautiful palapas, enjoy the breeze, take a nap, drink a glass of wine or read a book. View the awesome sunset colors every evening sitting in the comfortable couches. It’s a perfect spot to star gaze or enjoy a few romantic moments. Walk down to the dock after dark, bring a flashlight and you can see awe-inspiring spotted eagle rays swimming around the dock. The dock is beautifully lit up at night.

The Beach offers lounge chairs to relax on and plenty of space for kids to run and play. Also provided are kayaks per request to management.

The neighborhood is extremely safe featuring an electronic gate, 24/7 security, an abundance of cameras around the property and a private night security person on the property.

LOCATION: This luxury three bedroom oceanfront home is located mid-island in a completely electronically gated community on Guaiabara Beach in Big Bight. The area is very private, quiet, and secluded but an easy 10-minute drive will get you to many restaurants, a grocery store and many tourist activities. It takes about 20 minutes to go to the airport.

There are many restaurants and bars within driving distance. Several tourist activities including zip lining, horseback riding, iguana farm, sloths and monkeys are within a 10 or 15-minute drive as well as a grocery store, fruit stand, pharmacy, etc. Everything you need for a fabulous vacation at House of Island Love. You can explore to the east side of the island, go on a mangrove tour or visit many authentic towns to learn about the original Roatan residents and enjoy local food. The drive to the busy touristy area of the Roatan, West Bay / West End takes about 45 minutes. There is plenty to see and do near House of Island Love in Roatan without the traffic and hassle of crowded areas.
