NOTE: There is air conditioning in only one of the bedrooms.

Despite only having air conditioning in one bedroom , you will be able to spend your vacations feeling the delicious breeze in this home located on the hill of Turtle Crossing. Enjoy the cool breeze as you relax in the hammock on the terrace, admiring the breathtaking ocean views. The front porch is the ideal place for your outdoor meals, and the community pool, with its own spectacular ocean views, offers you a perfect option for cooling off and relaxing



There is an extra bathroom in the laundry area, perfect for showering after a day at the beach and keeping sand out of the house.



🐶 Your pet is also welcome!

This is a pet friendly property (only small breeds allowed). A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the Islaya Pet Policy, please ask us about it.

-If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 40 to 45 min.

-If you travel by ferry the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 45 to 50 min.

Additional Information

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.

NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay.



*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.



* Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.



*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.



✈️ Flights & Passport:

•⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.

•⁠ Direct flights from U.S to Roatan (RTB) are available with American (Miami & Dallas), United (Houston & Denver) and Delta (Atlanta).
