We enjoyed our stay!
Cons:For the price, I think it's a great deal!
We stayed at the Italian lady, Barbara's, B&B for two nights. She is very pleasant, and is always smiling! Her place is up a dirt road on a hill. We had one of the larger rooms for us and our two children. The entire place is made of wood, there are perfect screens with shutters to shut out the light at night, and there is always a wonderful breeze from the ocean blowing through and plenty of large fans so it is always comfortable. I barely saw any bugs at all-I don't remember any. Barbara makes a nice little breakfast every morning for her guests, and you can choose if you want to eat it early or later. The walk down the dirt road is not bad, takes 7-8 min, but be aware that there are a few houses that have very protective dogs. After going by there once, they seemed less concerned about us, but the first time they scared our kids! There were hammocks in our bathroom and on the patio outside the dining area, which the kids especially enjoyed. There are plenty of places to go eat, and places to swim too. The glass bottom boat is pretty cool-with the kids it was the only way we could see the reef and under-water near there. Tell them you are from Barbara's, they'll give you a discount. The laundry place she recommended does a great job-our clothes smelled so nice when we picked them up.
