Syleham Zero owners have put lot of thought into the build of the house. Under cover BBQ area with fully enclosed backyard. Plenty of space for the children to play unsupervised . Open plan living area plus a 2nd living room means the adults and children can have the facilities to watch different movies.

Recently fitted with Starlink Wifi and a welcome basket of goodies for those staying more than 1 night, the owners have really thought of it all.

Syleham Zero joins another property with the garage but has its own private backyard. It is located on the corner of Davenport St and Lord Syleham St facing Lord Syleham Street.

It is the dog owners responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises, Robe Holiday rentals can not guarantee fencing will be suitable match with your pet.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. We had a great 5 nights at the property, with all of our wants & needs catered for. House is within walking distance of town centre, with easy access to hotels, restaurants, supermarket & walking/cycling trails. A fabulous place to stay!

Great Stay

Clean and plenty of space, very comfortable stay. A great secure yard for the dog. Great location, close to main st so we walked everywhere. No Wifi, which would of been handy but not a deal breaker

Great location

We have stayed here a few times now. Love the location to the Main Street and beach. The home is a great layout for a family with a massive kitchen, fully fenced yard and two great sized bathrooms. Considering it’s a family home, the kitchen should be better equipped. No scissors, no platters, no decent knife, a tiny chopping board, only one bowl and 3 wine glasses. Also would love the property owner to do something about the mattress in the main bedroom... it’s terrible!! House is clean and great location though. We will be coming back.

First class property

Modern new home, good location. Short walk to town and beach. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. Perfect for family or couple. Every appliance good quality, cleaned professionally. Beds comfortable, bbq area great. We will return.

Walking distance to everything

We loved our stay. Clean modern home walking distance to the Main Street. Take bikes... so many great places to go for a ride. Only criticism is the beds are super hard!! Need much better quality mattresses.
