A gem nestled in the heart of Rocca San Giovanni's historic centre, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, our home offers you the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquillity of Abruzzo. Here you can immerse yourself in the fascinating atmosphere of Piazza degli Eroi, enjoy your breakfast in one of the village's most historic bars, reading the newspaper, purchase typical products in local shops and follow the slow life of inhabitants who spend their summer holidays here.
Parking and Convenience: The house is in a privileged position to explore the village and its wonders on foot. Although it does not have a private parking space, the area is surrounded by ample safe and free parking spaces, ensuring maximum peace of mind during your stay.
Tailored Comfort: The house is perfect for 2 people, but at the entrance there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest. The house consists of:
