Minutes away from downtown shops, restaurants, and Mayo Clinic, this newly renovated main-level duplex home is cheerful and ready for your arrival.

The open living/dining area feels spacious and bright, with two picture windows letting in lots of natural light. Big-screen Smart TV--sign into your accounts on apps such as Netflix, Amazon Video, or Hulu to view your favorite shows and movies.

Enjoy two private bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed.

The master bedroom includes a full bath ( tub, shower, vanity and tub).

There is also a half bath ( vanity & toilet) in the apartment.

Fully-equipped kitchen makes for efficient cooking and baking. 10-cup coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, and toaster, to name a few.

The bus stop is less than a block away. Nearby biking/walking paths lead you through the city, along the creek, anywhere you want to explore.

From May-October, visit the local Farmer's Market at Graham Park.

Great location for Mayo Clinic visit

Very easy to get to and from Mayo Clinic (less than 5 minute drive). Internet worked well to work remotely for one week. House is clean and comfy! Will stay here again if we have to return to Mayo.

Comfortable home to stay in during Mayo visit

The house was clean and I felt very safe staying there. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals so we didn’t need to eat out. The water pressure in the shower was great, plenty of hot water too. Location was perfect, within a mile of Mayo Clinic and an easy walk. Minimal noise from the unit upstairs. Owners were easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy Apartment!

We were in town for appointments at the Mayo. This cozy apartment was less than a mile from all appointments. Super clean with a great deal of kitchen gadgets. I was able to still cook healthy for us on our trip!

A gas station is across the street and 1 block away. The duplex was clean, comfortable and quiet despite a unit upstairs. Appliances were new and dishes and cookware good quality. It’s somewhat close to Mayo if you have a car. Fortunately I drive a small car so the parking spot was sufficient but a large pickup would struggle to squeeze in.

Updated and comfortable

This is a really nice, updated and comfortable property. Owner is a good communicator. No Keurig despite description or lamps in bedrooms. Neighbors on one side are a bit boisterous. Overall a nice place to stay.

Mayo Clinic Stay

Overall the property was ok. It was clean and well stocked with necessities.The people upstairs were loud with walking and music, but it wasn't unbearable and stopped at a reasonable time. The neighbors next door were quite loud, (coming and going with a very loud car) at all hours of the day and especially at night.

Great Location for Mayo Appointments

This is a great location for Mayo appointments! From the door, we were less than 20 minutes to load up, drive, park, and get inside Gonda Building everyday during our 4 days of appointments. There was some neighborhood noise in the afternoon (but for reference, I live on a farm with no noise). Noise was definitely tolerable. This is located on a decently busy street, however we were able to turn a small SUV around in the driveway and pull out making it super easy. If we come back, we will be staying here again!

Lovely, well appointed & comfortable

We stayed for 10 weeks during medical care at Mayo. The space is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was a true refuge for my husband, myself and various family & friend caregivers to cycle through. Would highly recommend. The nearby river and walking trails were a bonus. Easy walking or driving access to Mayo. Some reviewers mentioned noise, but in all that time I never noticed noise to be a problem, even though at times there were renters upstairs. Kris and Doug are very responsive to all communications and patiently handled about six date changes and extensions of our stay. D

Great property

We have stayed six different VRBO’s when visiting the Mayo Clinic. Were in not for location (fairly busy street and lively neighbors), it would be among our favorites. The property owner is great and responsive. The home (we stayed in the first floor, 2BR) is clean and comfortable. Having two bedside tables and at least one lamp in each bedroom would have been helpful, but the lack of is a minor inconvenience. The next door neighbor plays loud what sounds like mariachi pop music at all hours. That was the only drawback for me and my daughter, who was trying to sleep after procedures at Mayo.

Super convenient to the medical campus

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Very close to the medical campus and numerous grocery stores. I will definitely keep this location on my list for next visits to Rochester

Rochester in January

Property was extremely clean and organized. Huge TV and comfy furniture. Bathrooms clean and stocked. Kitchen very clean with everything we needed. Owners very friendly and considerate. Not one negative thing to say about the stay. Would highly recommend.
