Never have I ever stayed in a hotel with so many issues. First, my family and I were given the wrong room. We were placed in a one-bed room when we specifically booked two queen beds. We were moved to a new room, but the thermostat did not work. We ended up with a third room in one night! No apologies from the front desk associate, except for a “My bad” response. Really?! How unprofessional!!!
Aside from moving from room to room, we were awoken by dogs barking in the middle of the night! Walls are thin so you can hear lots of noises and chattering coming from the hallways.
The next day while we were in our room, another family tried to enter our room! They were given the same room key access as ours!!!! Frustrated, I called the front desk to let them know about the situation and the response I received was, “My bad,” once again! I was very unhappy and requested to speak to management. Of course, no manager was on duty, but I did receive a contact number to reach out to. I left a message about my terrible experiences. Now waiting to see if I get a response that does not include, “My bad!”
