Enjoy the beauty of waterfront living on Greys Inn Creek with a private dock offering easy boat access. Relax on the upper sundeck and take in the stunning views. Explore the Chesapeake Bay estuaries by kayak or paddleboard, or fish and crab right from your own dock. Take time to explore the quaint towns of the Eastern Shore, including Rock Hall, just 7 miles away, with its restaurants and shops. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for adventure!



The Space:

This stunning waterfront property offers an idyllic escape for families and friends. With a spacious, open floor plan and expansive water views, it’s designed to make the most of the Eastern Shore lifestyle. On the top level there is a large great room with a wall of windows framing the breathtaking water views. A sun deck off the great room provides the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the boats go by. Inside, the living area includes a wet bar, perfect for entertaining, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Also on this floor is a spacious king bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. For the kids, there are two bunk rooms: one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a bunk bed featuring a full bed on the bottom, a single on top, and a trundle underneath. The final room on this floor has a single daybed with a trundle and a desk offering a quiet space for work while light streams in. On the lower level, you'll find a kitchen and dining area designed for group meals and entertaining. The living room, with more water views, opens to a screened-in porch, an excellent spot to enjoy the breeze! The lower level also features a queen bedroom and a hall bathroom. There are two king primary suites on this floor, each with its own en suite bathroom for added luxury and privacy! The property is a haven for outdoor lovers. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for exploring the waters, or you can bring your fishing rods and fish directly from your private dock. For those looking to relax outdoors, there’s a fire pit with seating, a picnic table, and plenty of space to enjoy the scenery. The private dock allows you to tie up a boat, and there’s a boat launch for easy access to the water.

Go to Chestertown by boat in 30 minutes or explore the small towns of the Eastern Shore and Rock Hall all within a 4 mile drive with many restaurants and shops.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

The house was lovely and perfect for our extended family getaway. We had 16 people ranging from 7-70s and everyone had their own place to sleep...it was nice not to have anyone on a pullout sofa bed. There were also plenty of bathrooms.The house was very spacious so folks could spread out and have privacy, nap, etc. However, the main areas were also cozy enough that we could still feel "together" while doing different activities. For example, we had 2 different board games going on at either end of the dining table and another group watching a movie in the connected family room. I also especially liked that the dining area could seat all of us at the same time.We used the dock and the fire pit and loved having the outdoor space as well.We had a couple of questions during our stay, and the host responded within an hour. Overall it was a great stay - I wish we could've stayed a bit longer!

We were a group of 15 women participating in a retreat and Grays Creek Inn was the perfect place for us. This was our second rental and we love this place. The large gathering room was great for our programs (esp the big screen tv). The kitchen was adequate for our chef and the bedroom accommodations were lovely. All of our retreat goers were very comfortable. The outside area and the dock were just icing on the cake. It's entirely possible that we will rent Grays Creek Inn for our retreat next year.
