This stunning waterfront property offers an idyllic escape for families and friends. On the top level there is a large great room with a wall of windows framing the breathtaking water views. A sun deck off the great room provides the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the boats go by. Inside, the living area includes a wet bar, perfect for entertaining, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Also on this floor is a spacious king bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. For the kids, there are two bunk rooms: one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a bunk bed featuring a full bed on the bottom, a single on top, and a trundle underneath. The final room on this floor has a single daybed with a trundle and a desk offering a quiet space for work while light streams in. On the lower level, you'll find a kitchen and dining area designed for group meals and entertaining. The living room, with more water views, opens to a screened-in porch, an excellent spot to enjoy the breeze! The lower level also features a queen bedroom and a hall bathroom. Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
