When I asked staff, in a phone call if they had EV charging stations, one staff said they did, but she wasn't sure where they were or if the plug was a universal fit. Upon arrival, another staff member told us there weren't any charging stations. Would be nice if all staff had the same answers

I booked a room for 3 adults. 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we got to the room there was only a king sized bed. Upon asking the front desk if I got the right room or not she replied “you’ve been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub and unfortunately there aren’t any double bed rooms” which obviously didn’t work with my reservation. She then said she could have a roller bed delivered and asked if that would work, which I replied it’s going to have to. This was very unprofessional and completely ruined my stay in Rock Springs.

Extremely Uncomfortable Bed

We booked with Holiday Inn because we wanted better quality than Motel 6, but the hotel and our room were only Motel 6 quality. The bed was extremely uncomfortable (we could feel the springs). We were up all night. The lights were on a motion sensor that would wake us up too. The hotel should have given a discount for the massive remodel, but instead charged a fee for the breakfast that is usually included with the price of the room.
