We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories.

First time in Rockaway

We were thrilled to be staying at what we thought was an oceanfront place. Technically it is but the listing didn’t show that you have to scale down a 15’ tall boulder wall to get to the actual beach. This wasn’t all that easy for our 6 year old son, or us bringing stuff up and down. The bbq didn’t have propane, the baking sheets were rusted, and the pans were awful so we ended up not being able to cook there at all. If you want to just sit at the picnic table and stare at the ocean, this is 5 stars for that, but definitely was not what we were expecting and would not book there again.
