Friendly staff at the reception, easy to pick up the key. the room is very clean, Great to sleep. very soft bed. I was hoping to have warm pool but too cold for a swim during winter time.

Organized late check in with hotel, due to a truck issue's on the way, which was great! Arrived at hotel to find room not cleaned from previous stay. Bed unmade, coffee cups un-washed, used towels etc. Luckily, I was that tired I could have slept in a crack house. Mistakes happen, just sucks it happened after an already terrible day.

Staff were friendly. Room clean but couldn’t open blinds so was very dark. Mattress were uncomfortable, would suggest a mattress topper or new mattress. Couldn’t find the restaurant so had to go find somewhere eat.

We stayed in studio room 29. Pros....large room, large bathroom, quiet even for a highway Cons....awful bed, sags in the middle. had to sleep with pillows between us so we didnt roll together. Steep driveway, tight parks.

Security lock inside room broken on door

Security lock broken on door. No keys ready for check-in and no message sent how to access the after hours key safe. When i called their after hours we got a male who coudlnt understand English. Very frustrating After a long drive

The young lady in reception was amazing. Went out of her way to accommodate our needs as my wife had just had open heart surgery 6 days prior to our stay

Terrible you're right next to the BP so light shinning in your room all night. The curtains barely cover the windows picture on wotif has second bedroom with Tv but nope its been removed. Plus the road noise is very bad right on the main road.
