Pull up to this cozy Cape and park in your private off-street parking space. Step inside and be greeted by a great living room space, open concept with the dining room. The living room is complete with a Smart TV and seating for the whole family. Make your way into the full kitchen, with all the amenities and appliances you need for a home cooked meal. A dining room with a large table with space for 8 is located off of the kitchen. You can find 3 bedrooms on this level along with a freshly renovated full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king sized bed and a large closet with lots of storage space. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a cute hanging swing, and a closet for storage. The final bedroom on this floor has a full sized bunk bed, with a dresser for storage, perfect for any additional guests.

Make your way down to the lower level of the home where you will find a great additional living space. Down here you can also find an additional bedroom with a full sized bed, and a second full bathroom. This bedroom has a dedicated workspace and lots of closet storage. The family room has ample seating and an additional TV. You can also find a small bistro table with seating for four, a spot for a quick meal.

In the backyard you will find a gas grill and two outdoor dining tables- an awesome spot for a summer meal by the ocean. A fire pit is also available in this backyard for guest use.

We had a great stay at this beautiful little. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and shops. Home was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Well kept, nice amount of space, designed well for kids and adults. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Easy walk into town and beach. There is a busy road along side of house, but sound was not a problem, and it is not easily accessible to little ones. Lovely park and playground are a block away. Host was easy to reach and very responsive.

Pleasant medium sized house somewhat long walking distance to beach and downtown. House has been updated and nice appliances added to kitchen. Downstairs has a fairly large game room for all to gather. I would have no problem recommending this comfortable home for rental.

Perfect, relaxing vacation home

Our multi-generational group loved the relaxed vibe of this home. Decor was beachy without being kitsch; tons of games, water equipment and fully-stocked kitchen. Everything worked (dishwasher, washing machine, A/C) and made for a fun and carefree experience.

Property was as listed, decorated in beachy coastal vibe. Kitchen was well equipped, space was ample and location was ideal for getting to downtown Rockport area.
