Rocksprings Pool House

This home is excellent for families, hunters, or motorcycle enthusiasts!
The open living, kitchen, dining, and entry create a more spacious area that any cook appreciates. The walk-in pantry is an added bonus that will make entertaining and daily living more efficient! The split floor plan is perfect for privacy in the master suite. With six windows along the two exterior walls of the living room, you can enjoy beautiful outdoor views of birds, wildlife, and nature from the living room.

The outdoor living space is a perfect place for family and friends to gather.
A 2023 Pila Pool has shallow islands and interior perimeter bench seating.
Enjoy morning or evening coffee/beverages on the large back porch and cooking in the outdoor kitchen area. You might want to bring some extra chairs. The entire front and back yard is fenced to keep kids and pets safe during your stay. The outdoor play equipment, playhouse, and large slab can keep the little ones happy. The outdoor covered kennel can keep pets safe when owners are away from the home enjoying the hill country. Need to use the large shop for a project while you are in town? Please request shop access upon reserving property. Between the mature trees and the wildlife that makes it through the backyard, this home is a little piece of paradise!
A 1998 Jeep TJ is available for $100./day.
You'll have to request this and I'll have to add in the fee manually.
VRBO has no way to add the Jeep on your end.

This is a great property to enjoy when out in great springs. Can’t wait to come back! Plenty of room, clean and great outside entertainment for family gatherings. Came here for the HOKA Bandera race at Camp Eagle. King Burger is a great family owned business to try down the treat for dining options.

Best place in Rocksprings for bigger groups

We have been using this property for a year now to house hunters while hunting in Rocksprings.We will continue to use it as long as Chad will have us.Great property that is equipped with everything you need .Close to town with access ice and supplies very close.The pool is super nice to have to cool off before afternoon hunts. Thank you Chad for a great property.

Clean Home in a Peaceful Environment

Had a fun weekend with a small group of friends! We spent most of the time enjoying the quiet yard from the Adirondack chairs on the big porch, and the stars at night. Plus the pool was unique and clean, and surprisingly large! House was clean and spacious, plenty of room for all of us, and kitchen had mostly everything we needed. Rocksprings itself is small but the house is walkable to the town square, which included a nice park and a new coffee shop. We had a great time and would recommend!

Rocksprings Poolhouse

This property is absolutely perfect for entertaining my groups of hunters while hunting in the area. Home is always clean and stocked with what you need during your stay. The pool is so nice to have to cool down during the afternoon and back porch and outdoor cooking areas are super nice and useful. I highly recommend this property.
