I would have liked if the cabins felt more *cabiny* they were painted and decorsted inside like a modern condo. They were clean, and nice and in a great spot and the staff was great. But some of the charm was lost in the white paint.

Very spacious, clean, with all of the amenities we needed. It’s also located in a very convenient location, a quick walk from lots of restaurants, shops, and the water! Highly recommend.

Excellent base for Gros Morne National Park

This is an excellent location with amazing views from the patio. The suite is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The staff was helpful in bringing us some extra towels. The BBQ is handy and Pharmasave carries some M&M meat products for your convenience. We loved watching the sunsets and lighthouse every evening. We highly recommend Gros Morne Suites in Rocky Harbour as an excellent base for your Gros Morne National Park adventures.

Angry at the strick no refund policy.

Air canada canceled our flight and we couldn't make it to the island. Even if we did, the fire in st. John would not allow us to travel to the national park. We had to cancel our trip. Even in these circumstances they would not refund anything. We paid the full amount for the 2 days we didnt stay. I feel very angry about this decision. Next year when I re-attempt to go to Newfoundland I will be skipping this place. The other 2 hotels gave us a full refund.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. It was very clean and the area was extremely quiet. We could park right by the cabin, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and overall we had the best sleeps on our trip! The location is also great, close to the waterfront and shops.

The junior suite was actually larger than I thought. Love the balcony. Very clean...nice beds & bathroom. Good kitchen table & chairs. Really wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
