We welcome you to our beautiful lake house with its comfortable tastefully decorated interior and fantastic lake views. The house and its contents are all fresh and well maintained. Everything is in great shape. We bought this house and furnished it as if we would want it to be if we lived here year round. Relax in front of the fireplace and the (new in late 2023) 65” smart TV with surround sound or choose to hang-out on the large covered composite decks with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers on comfortable patio furniture, and enjoy the boats , the wildlife, outdoor speakers, and the view. If it is rainy or you just want to stay inside, watch movies or TV on our two large flat screens with satellite and Blu-Ray or play any of several board or video games. We also added Starlink for internet, so streaming if available through the Smart TV, Apple TV or your devices. . Or, since you are at the Lake, take a swim off our swim platform or fish off the huge dock. Bring your own boats and/or jet-skis. We have a covered dock available for you to use that has a 14’ by 36’ slip and space for a wave-runner or more to tie up in back of the dock. Or there is plenty of room to tie up alongside the very large dock.

Our house is on one of the absolute best parts of the Lake near the 6 mile marker on the Gravois Arm. We are in a quiet cove perfect for watersports. We are within minutes from the most popular restaurant/bars on the lake. We have a community area for trailer storage and plenty of parking with a 2 car garage and outdoor parking for 5 more cars. There is a nearby launch ramp for putting in your jet ski or boat. Several gas docks are close with The Gas Hole right around the corner in Soap Creek as well as Mermaid Cove just one cove over. Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and Lake Burger are all within 2 miles by water from here. Shady Gators and the H. Toad complex are close by, too. Lake Ozark and Osage Beach are a mere 15-20 minutes away by the newly repaved W Road. Everything you need is so convenient for groceries, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, golf courses, the outlet mall, Bagnell Strip, go-karts, water park, etc.

We have been coming to the Lake and renting houses for many years. All the houses we rented before buying this one were nice, but they each also lacked something. Our home is perfect for everyone, we are sure of it. We have two living areas, three bedrooms each with King beds, bunk beds with double bed bunks and a trundle, and plenty of seating/lounging area. If you like to entertain, you will love our big kitchen with all the gadgets and appliances you will need. On the entry level, there is a large Master Bedroom with King Bed, Balcony and Private 5 piece bath. We furnish the dishes, cookware, appliances, extra large washer/dryer, hair dryers, and bed and bath linens. We also provide basic supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent and ice. Please provide replacements for these supplies together with your own beach blankets and towels, personal toiletries, cleaning supplies, camera, fishing gear, life vests, water toys, sun-screen and binoculars.

PLEASE NOTE: we try to limit JULY rentals to 7 night minimums, Saturday to Saturday. This will include the last few days of June to the first few days of August, depending upon the way the calendar falls. All rates are based upon 10 person occupancy. $10 per night fee for guests in excess of that number. All renters are required to provide their address and telephone numbers as well as a listing of all occupants and their ages for inclusion in a personalized lease the primary renter must sign.
