Also on this level is another king bedroom with ocean view and semi-private bath with double vanity, and two more bedrooms (2 singles, 2 sets of bunks). Step up to the second level for the great room with separate living area complete with sliders to the soundside deck and 6-person hot tub, large attractive windows with beautiful sound views, wet bar with ice machine, powder room, TV, and stereo. Up a few steps is a breakfast nook with table and wraparound windows for ocean to sound views. The kitchen is well stocked with seating at the bar to compliment the separate dining area. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
