The newly renovated bungalow has a large, cozy
Living & dining area with fireplace. From the sofa you look onto 2 terraces (south and west side)
and a large, sunny garden with direct access to the lake, and own rowing boat at no extra charge.
For a barbecue evening in the garden, everything is on site: barbecue, charcoal, barbecue utensils,
Fire bowl, wood & lighter.

Spoil yourself and your loved ones with healthy, fresh food and homemade cakes. In the fully equipped, modern kitchen nessun problema. There are all appliances: -Fridge
-Ceramic hob & oven
-Kitchen sink
-Macchina per coffee espresso and filtro
-Tostapane, kettle
-as well as all cooking utensils:
pots, pans, bowls,
-and also plates, glasses & cutlery
for 8 people available.
The dishwasher does the washing up;-)

Rest and relaxation can be found in 2 newly furnished bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m)
and possibility of adding a cot
-Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m)
-the large corner sofa in the living room folds out in minutes convert to 3rd bed (1.20m x 2.00m).

In the bright bathroom in the bungalow you have:
-Shower,
-Scaldamani,
-large washbasin with illuminated mirror,
-Hairdryer,
-Toilet, toilet paper
-Lavatrice including detergent,
-Towels of different sizes.

More washing machines, dryers and a sauna
are available for a fee in house n. 1 in the Sonnenpark.

You can park directly in front of the house.
The facility is secured by a gate.
The key safe is on the left at the entrance gate
with remote control for the entrance gate and key for the front door.

There are many outdoor activities for the whole family right on Lake Neubäu in the "Bayrischer Wald" nature reserve: hiking trails, a circular route around the lake on foot or by bike, sailing and pedal boat rentals are just a few meters away on foot, SUP or the house's own rowing boat.

Around the lake there are restaurants, cafes and shops in town, such as a bakery and supermarket.

The "Churpfalzpark" with great attractions such as a water slide paradise is only 20 minutes away by car.
The "Bayernpark" provides rollercoaster adrenaline
and summer toboggan runs.
A special natural highlight is the "Waldwipfelweg"

But you can also reach historic cities like Regensburg in just 25 minutes by car via the B16.
