When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.



After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our seven bedrooms:

(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a Queen size bed, Smart TV, dresser, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom has 2 Twin bunk beds and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nearby bathroom.

(5) Our fifth bedroom is an upstairs loft and has a Queen size bed and closet.

(6) Our sixth bedroom is downstairs and has a Queen size bed and a closet.

(7) Our seventh bedroom is downstairs and has two Queen size beds, a Smart TV, and a closet.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located at the end of a long dirt road.



Other Things to Note:

★ 4WD vehicle is recommended.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
