When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake. The living room has seating and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Off the living room you'll find our sunroom with seating, a dining table, and games.



After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our two bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, dresser, and an en suite bath.

(2) Our second bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, closet, and an en suite bath.

(3) There is a Queen-size pull-out bed in the sunroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located at the end of street with a few neighbors nearby. Beaver Lake is a short walk down the hill.



Getting Around:

Explore Rogers and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 4 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 13 miles to Downtown Rogers which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ The walk to the water is short and gently sloped (not very hilly).



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Pet fees, event fees, early check-in fees, and late check-out fees are non-refundable. These fees are confirmed at the time of booking and are not eligible for reimbursement, regardless of changes in guest plans or usage. Guests are encouraged to review all optional services carefully before confirming payment.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
