Brand new modern back house in highly desire-able historic downtown neighborhood. Ideal for individual or couple but will sleep 5 for families with small children or adults who don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Very comfortable well-appointed king size bed, living room sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, and twin bed is cleverly tucked into hallway nook. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations.

Downtown Rogers is a short walk/bike ride from our historic property (the main house is an 1885 Victorian cottage) Link up with a trail that takes you to Lake Atalanta or enjoy all the retail and food downtown offers (Onyx coffee headquarters, the 120 Spanish tapas, Ozark beer are a few highlights) Bentonville is a quick 20 drive away and Fayetteville is just 30 minutes away. Neighborhood is friendly, quiet, safe and features beautifully varied residential architecture. Mature trees. Sidewalks. Good birdwatching.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The listing undersold the space’s tranquility, coziness, and use of space. I felt like we could have stayed forever! It was also in very close proximity to great restaurants (we enjoyed Flashback Pizza and Ozark Mountain Bagel). Jess was a superb host, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and then some).If you’re on the fence, just book it — you won’t be disappointed!

Our 5-night stay over the Thanksgiving holiday could not have been better. Our host, Jess, was attentive, available, and friendly. Great place to stay

We came to Rogers for a wedding and found this great little carriage house. The place was modern with free WiFi and had tons of charm. The hostess had gone the extra mile with all her special touches. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. Some of our favorite things were the phenomenal shower and super comfy bed! We’ve already decided that when we come again we will book this place for sure!

exceeded expectations

Booked a stay here before there were any reviews, so i was crossing my fingers a bit because the photos looked amazing. My wife and I were coming to town for a little weekend getaway, and we were blown away by this cozy bungalow. It was everything we were hoping for and more, the owner even did little things to make our stay personal to us. It's clean, it's safe, it's comfortable, it's close to anything you'd want to do in the NWA area. Highly recommend, can't wait to stay again!

Cozy & Comfortable Stay!

We stayed here for a visit to U if A during a weekend that all hotels were full close by campus. It was a 20-30 min easy drive into campus and so much more comfortable than a hotel room. Jess’s rental was super clean and fresh ok arrival with all the little things we needed to avoid any trip to the store for basics. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Jess’s communication was fantastic and she recommended some great dinner suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay at this listing. The property was even better than the pictures and felt like our own little oasis while we visited family over the holidays. We particularly appreciated the high quality linens and bath products, beautiful design aesthetic, and smooth communication with the host. In a time when it’s become harder and harder to find good stays on these types of platforms, this is a real gem full of personal touches and no third party corporate management/rental companies involved. It makes all the difference. We hope to stay again when we next visit.
