We enjoyed time at Lili place

The welcome and nice attentions of Lili all along our stay were very kind particularly the present for birthday of our mama The 2 appartments are very confortable with large room and terraces. Very close to the beach. Thanks a lot again Lili.

Overall a good place to stay

We are extended family of seven - two teenagers and five adults. We occupied both suites (up/down). We stayed about 9 days. The location is just off a very busy strip of road. Parking is a little difficult to get in and out of if there are two vehicles parked. But you can definitely make it work. I thought the noise of the vehicles on the road would bother me but it was not as noisy as I initially expected. Rarely thought about it through the day or night. Lily was very hospitable and greeted us at arrival. Check in took some time as she was having to navigate a new system. Suites were very clean and as expected given the photos in the listing. The listing mentions a hot tub but there’s definitely no hot tub. There were many ants in the yard and on the decks. Some did manage to get into the lower suite despite having the door constantly closed. Everything worked well. Beds were comfortable enough. If I had one criticism- kitchen knives were extremely dull. There is a beach about three minutes walk away and was easy enough to access. Sweet had some loungers for us to take down to the beach that worked well and we’re nice to get us elevated off the Pebble Beach. I think there was even a sun umbrella although we didn’t use it. Nearest grocery store was only a few minutes drive away. Rogoznica was about five minutes drive away. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. One of our better accommodations during our travels through Croatia.

Sehr angenehm, alles wie versprochen

Lulus Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gerĂ€umig und sehr gute Lage in der Naehe von ruhigen StrĂ€nden, die nicht ĂŒberfĂŒllt sind, also weit von Massentourismus. Die obere Zimmer bieten sogar einen schoenen Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben kaum Straßenlaerm gemerkt. Lulu (Ljiljana) ist eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, die sehr hilfsbereit ist, unsere WĂ€sche sogar einmal gewaschen hat. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 4 erwachsenen und 4 Kinder da, beide Wohnungen passten also sehr gut zu uns. Es war alles sauber und die Einrichtung ist zwar nicht die neueste aber es ist alles vorhanden. Klimaanlagen funktionierten ohne Probleme, da es Juli/august schon ziemlich warm war. Zwei sehr schöne Terrassen mit vorhanden Grill. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und hilft bei jeden Problem, sie spricht auch gutes deutsch. Zum Strand ging es in 5 Gehminuten ganz schnell, ein kleiner laden ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. Wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Lili đŸ„° Wir wĂŒnschen dir alles gute

Tolles Haus, sehr angenehme Gastgeberin

Wir besuchen das Objekt als 2 Familien. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Ferienwohnungen, die mit einer Innentreppe verbunden sind. Toll waren die 2 abgetrennten EingĂ€nge. Beide Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und mit einem großen Balkon bzw. Terrasse, sowie Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Leider fehlen GeschirrspĂŒler und auch die TVs sind nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ. Dies hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Vermitterin, Lily, ist sehr nett und kommunikativ und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit

Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Beide Wohnungen haben einen großen KĂŒhlschrank (mit Gefrierfach) und eine Klimaanlage, die haben wir bei der Hitze gut genutzt. Zum Beisammensein war die große Terrasse und Balkon mit Grill einfach super. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der NĂ€he. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man hatte viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden, an nicht so vollen StrĂ€nden (KiesstrĂ€nden). SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind von dort aus schnell und gut erreichbar. Gerne wĂŒrden wir auch mal wieder kommen.

Good value for money and a very nice owner

We stayed in this property in July-August 2017 with three kids age 10-15. Nice house and especially the terraces in both ground- and first floor flats. Very close to the beach. The house is furnished nicely and has all the basics one needs. Private parking space. Air conditioning. One a negative side, the house is located on a fairly busy road. However, the garden is secured well and terraces are on the other side of the house so it is not much of a problem unless one has very small kids or is very noise sensitive. We didn't notice it most of the time. The main village, Rogoznica, where all the restaurants are, is not far but it is a short driving rather than walking distance, however, there is a shop in a walking distance from the house. The owner is a very pleasant and helpful lady who responded to all emails promptly and was very helpful to us during our stay. No deposits, no extras, very efficient communication and a warm welcome. I would recommend this place as it is comfortable and a good value for money.

Man hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Baden an wilden StrĂ€nden, aber auch an KiesstrĂ€nden etc. Zu unserer Zeit Mitte August bis Anfang September war es keineswegs voll mit Urlaubern

Bereits bei der Ankunft wĂŒrden wir herzlich empfangen.Die Gastfamilie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir haben viele Tipps ĂŒber AusflĂŒge die sehenswert sind bekommen. Was die Parkmöglichkeit betrifft,brauch man sich keine Sorgen zu machen,da diese direkt am Haus angeboten wird. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und liebevoll von den netten Vermietern eingerichtet.ErwĂ€hnenswert ist auch,dass diese Wohnung super ausgestattet ist.Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Mit der Lage waren wir ebenfalls zufrieden. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar(ca.3min.).

Herzlich, gemĂŒtlich, sauber

Alle Angaben waren korrekt, beide Wohnungen sauber, gut gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war stets um unser Wohl bemĂŒht. Unsere gesamte Reisegruppe wĂŒrde beide Wohnungen wieder empfehlen. Das Essen in Rogoznicas Restaurants ist sehr gut, auf dem tĂ€glichen Markt lassen sich frischer Fisch und GemĂŒse kaufen. Touren in Mietsbooten sind sehr zu empfehlen, genauso wie grĂ¶ĂŸere TagesausflĂŒge zu Dalmatiens Insellandschaften mit dem Schiff, beispielsweise von Sibenik aus.
