Lisa at the front desk was very personable and I appreciated her upgrading my room since the one I had chosen had a maintenance call pending. She signed me up for rewards to get me free parking as well. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit firm for my liking and I did have a someone noisy above me one night. I was pleased to find an EV charger on site.

The food was subpar. Essentially all the breakfast food options were processed food. The eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, oatmeal, waffle batter...all pre-made and thawed out frozen food. Gross. Also, the hotel has terrible insulation between rooms and floors. Constant thumping and banging from above, from rooms next store. Middle of the night noise disruptions. Thin walls. Noisy.

Ran into issues with the first 2 rooms we stayed in. Shower heater didn’t work right in the first one and the tv screen was broken in the second. Staff were great though and empathetic. I just think Oxford hotel is better for a similar price. Hotel felt dingey.
