ABOUT CH VILLA EUPHORIA LA MARQUESA GOLF
The villa is located in Pueblo Lucero, adjacent to the La Marquesa Golf Course, a neighbourhood full of detached villas and is just around the corner from the Hotel Costa Blanca Resort which is ideal if you want have something to eat/drink having to use a car. If you are coming to play golf, you`ll be happy to know that the club house is around 1km away, which is surrounded by bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The closest town Rojales is around 3km and the main street of Ciudad Quesada is around 5km distance. If you are travelling or hiring a car, the villa has ample private parking for at least 2 cars.
Once you set foot in the villa`s grounds youâll find that everything is open and spacious, to the left, a covered dining area with large gas BBQ, a delightful heated 8x4m swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, by the entrance (added after photos taken) a brand new comfortable corner sofa for those chill out summer evenings.
The villa has 2 parts, the main villa which is accessed from the front, and the basement floor which is accessed from the back. As you walk in the main villa you`ll find a comfortable sofa with a large LED smart TV, direct access to the pool, dining table for 8 guests, a modern fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons needed. On the ground floor you will also conveniently find a double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for guests who want the luxury of using the private facilities but don`t need to use the rest of the house or for our senior guests who need everything on one floor.
On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, access to the outside terrace that overlooks the front and the pool and then from the terrace you can access the roof top solarium ideal for those who are looking to sunbath all day long with some unrivalled stunning views out to the surrounding mountains and hills.
On the basement floor youâll find an open plan self contained living area with itâs open fully equipped kitchen, bunk bed, dining room table, TV, separate bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
