Great apartment

Great stay , Perfect apartment , we had a lovely stay at this apartment . Everything you need is there. Very clean and nearby pool. Its a quite area which suited us . Easy to get there from either Mucia or Alicante airport . Great communication from the owner and the lady that looks after the place. She sorted out easy check in / out and even collected a few groceries for our arrival.

Fantastic stay, great apartment and pool!

Great apartment for a family holiday, the kids ages 9 and 12 loved the pool and the fact that it was open until midnight! You do need a car to travel around from this location but the nearest beach is 10 minutes away so it is a good location. The apartment has everything you need and is more like a home than a holiday rental. It needed a few things fixing here and there but overall a lovely place to stay. Top marks for communication with the owner and property manager.

Peaceful home with everything we needed

Our flight was delayed and we communicated with Jeanette, who came straight back to us and made arrangements for the keys, she also gave us all the information we needed re. WiFi, pool etc. and checked on us via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The home is on a main but very quiet road, easy to find, easy to park directly outside and with easy access to supermarkets, local bars and restaurants - 222 pizzeria being one of our favourites. Everything has been done for our comfort, outside lighting, loungers, water, milk, wine in the fridge, iron, excellent washing machine, drying racks, welcoming homely decor, beach towels, great air con, etc. the pool area looked lovely, very large main pool, nice grounds for lounging in, we didn’t use it unfortunately as we had family locally and this pool doesn’t allow holiday rentals to have guests. The pool is a short walk along the main road which is why I marked 4 on location. I had the impression from the advert that this was a small apartment but it was roomy and comfortable perfect for a couple or small family. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Excellent from start to finish!

A well kept, clean, very well equipped and comfortable property with everything you need. Lovely area, quiet and peaceful. Excellent check-in and handover with excellent communication right from the start of the booking process through to departure. Lovely pool area (although didn't use it) and a pleasant external seating area (both covered and uncovered). Excellent wi-fi and TV for those evenings when you don't want to go out. Will definitely stay again - what's not to like?

Summer holiday 2019

We had a great holiday here in August 2019. Myself, my husband, my 11 year boy and my 8 year old boy. Claire the owner of the property was fantastic. She was patient as I had lots of questions and she answered then with lots of information. The property was gorgeous. Very nice and clean and had everything in it that you needed. The air conditioning was lovely. The children and the husband loved all the channels on sky that you could watch. Football and movies included. The pool was fantastic. Lots of room for everybody to get in. There was a smaller pool as well if you just wanted to cool down. The supermarket was about a 15 minute walk and you could get most things there. Nice and cool in there!!! There were a couple of bars nearby but they didn't stay open every night. On these nights we walked further into town where there were more bars and restaurants. The people were so friendly. A lot of the people owned the apartments, They chatted and answered any questions that we had. Jeanette handed the keys to us and was helpful and friendly as well. She very kindly arranged some shopping for when we got there as we didn't arrive until after 9 in the evening. We really enjoyed our holiday and will go back I am sure. Claire and Jeanette were so helpful and kind - thank you to both of you.

Brilliant owner and property

We rented this property from a lovely lady called Clare. Her apartment was fantastic, modern and immaculate. We needed a cot bed for our baby and a high chair which she made sure was there on arrival. Every thing you need to self cater is in the apartment, she really has thought of everything. The communication is excellent from Clare also. We are that impressed we will be staying again in 2020. Fantastic holiday and ideal if you want to have a chilled do what you want when you want holiday with the family. Wont be doing a hotel type holiday for a long time after this. Also Jeannette who looks after the property for Clare is a star as she greeted us at the property on arrival and was very helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday!!!!!

Excellent apartment in Ciudad Quesada

Really enjoyed staying at this property for 10 days in June. The apartment has everything that you would want while on holiday. The property is tastefully furnished and very clean. We particularly appreciated having a full Sky package so hubby could continue to watch sport and myself movies in the evening. Communal pool nearb y and secure parking at the rear of the property. Lovely coffee shop nearby (coffee club quesada) and just a few minutes drive to the centre of Quesada which has everything you need. We enjoyed a carvery and great music at JR's Country Club and for an authentic Spanish meal La Cosecha in Benijofar, ten mins away. Neighbours on both sides live there permanently and are very helpful.

SUPER APARTMENT MADE OUR HOLIDAY FANTASTIC!!!!!!

We have spent 7 wonderful nights there. The apartment is over our expectations! So stylish and beautifully designed, so tidy and clean, so spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. It has AC, fans, heater, blinds, washing machine with quick program, microwave, oven/hob, coffee machine, BBQ in the patio, beach beds, freeze boards, mirrors with good light in both bathrooms (comfortable for make-up), hair dryer, bathrobes, many towels, shampoo & soaps. The terrace has an unforgettable romantic view in the evening! The pool is so impressive. Good for diving. We have enjoyed all the comforts during our staying, even on the rainy day we weren’t out of possibilities by the big screen TV and internet facilities were provided for us. It was difficult for us to leave this place because we fully enjoyed every minute we spent here. Thank you Claire and Jeanette for your care!

A lovely little retreat, with everything you need, including your shopping ready for arrival if reqd

Whilst the apartment is small, the master bedroom has en-suite shower/bath in addition to the shower cubicle in the family bathroom. What made it special.... the decor, the high standard of cleanliness as well as the helpfulness & friendliness of the owner Claire & Jeanette who will meet, greet & clean up after you. The garden area is lovely, well maintained, providing an outdoor dining area (which we used everyday) as well as a lovely porch area with canopy providing much needed shade for morning coffee!! We found it useful keeping shutters closed whilst bathing by the lovely pool area to keep everything cool for our return. We will definitely revisit in October this year. Thank you Claire - it was perfect for our little trip over there xx
