Welcome to Island Time, a brand new 4 bedroom luxury house situated on the beautiful Flamingo Bay beach! Island Time is one of 3 brand new homes that make up the "Stay Exuma" brand. www.stayexuma.com

As soon as you enter the house you will notice the amazing blue-sapphire water that is steps away. Put your bags down and get ready to enjoy one of the greatest vacations you will ever have.

Island Time offers two Ocean facing King Master suites, along with 2 additional King suites with bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with their own private bathroom. The two King Master suites offer a bathroom that will make you feel like you are in a luxurious spa!
Island Time offers breathtaking views from every angle with large sliding doors and windows that bring the outside in. No one feels left out of the conversation with the open floor plan. If you decide to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. This gourmet kitchen is fitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. In the cabinets you will find plenty of plates, cups, pots & pans, and anything else needed to make yourself a delicious dinner. The oversized island makes it easy for prepping meals or enjoying a drink with family & friends. Enjoy sitting at the large island or have the whole family enjoy a meal at the dining table.
Take a step outside and enjoy all the outdoor living. The pool is large enough for the whole family, take a swim or just enjoy sitting on those lounge chairs on the tanning ledge. Relax under the covered porch or take a few more steps to the Gazebo where you could use a state of the art grill, pour your self a drink, or just sit and feel like you are on your own private island.

Exceptional property, likely one of the best places we have stayed in the world! Wellstocked, great responses and service. House accommodated 9 people comfortably. Pool was warm, beach and snorkeling great. The details including things like branded stamped toiletpaper and branded welcome gifts were impressive. Patrick, the house manager and crew, were also great and very accommodating for a Christmas check-in. Hope to return again one day!

Absolutely stunning, the house amenities are the best we have seen. As an owner of a vacation property management company we see a lot of places and Island Time sets the bar high. The bedrooms are nice sized, bathrooms clean and and fresh, the main area gathering room of the kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for multiple couples. There is event a second tv in the living room with a Xbox. The pool, and each area gives you views that will want you to constantly take photos and videos. Lots of toys like kayaks, paddle board, snorkeling gear and outdoor shower. Bluetooth speakers at the cabana are perfect for playing your perfect Bahamas mix on your phone. Take a short walk Dow. To the neighborhood bar and grill and make friends with the neighbors beach dogs that are friendly and ended up hanging out with us while we took beach walks. Within 5 minutes drive to liquor, pharmacy and other stores with a 28 minute drive to George Town for the grocery store and boat rentals. The locals were very nice and friendly and offer loads of information for islands things to do. Make sure you book this amazing place and have your memorable vacation.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with an even more beautiful view! The house literally has everything you would need- coolers, towels, sunscreen, bug spray, double washer and dryer, etc. When we return (which we will) I will pack much lighter!

We had an amazing week at this property. We’re a family of five—two teenagers and a younger daughter who turned five during our stay—and the house fit us perfectly, with plenty of space to spread out and easily room for more.We had an amazing week at this property. The home is beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful details throughout. It’s clear a lot of care went into making the space both stylish and comfortable.The pool area was a standout—well-maintained, relaxing, and just a few steps from the beach. Being able to walk straight from the pool to the sand was such a luxury and made it easy to enjoy every part of the setting.We also went out on the water with PJ and Tello from Awesome Al’s three times, which made for some great memories and added a fun local touch to the trip.All in all, a fantastic place to stay. We’re already talking about coming back.

Best rental yet.

What a great property!! We were a group of 9 staying in June 2025, ages 17-79.The property was exactly as described, location on the beach was perfect.This is our 4th time staying in Exuma and this was the smallest group to go and there was plenty of space and beds. Double fridges, 2 washer and dryers as well 2 living rooms was amazing.Beds were extremely comfortable lots of extra bed linen supplies. All the outside equipment is supplied, paddle boards, snorkeling gear and canoes as well as pool floats.We have always rented large villas on the island but this was the best location as far as beach proximity and home cleanliness.Planning up a trip next year and we are hoping to stay here again. Hosts and care takers were very responsive. I would like to keep this place my hidden secret but I want everyone to have as great a family trip as we had.Thanks for everything Paul.

Island Time is Superb!!

Amazing property! Paul is a shining example of what a host should be! Very responsive to any inquiries we had and so helpful with island recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect and so well-stocked with everything we could ever need. Patrick, the house manager came by multiple times during the week to check on things. The island lost power a few times but we barely even noticed because the generator did exactly what it was supposed to do! If you are looking for a place to stay with a larger group, the Stay Exuma Compound is the place to do it! Between all 3 houses, you would have 13 master suites! I can’t imagine a better setup! Thank you, Paul and Island Time for a place where wonderful family memories were made!

Absolutely Magical Stay at this Beach House in Exuma!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning beach house, we knew we were in paradise.The view alone is worth the trip — turquoise waters, powdery white sand, and sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us.The house itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home and completely pampered.Every morning, we sipped coffee on the deck with the sound of gentle waves in the background. Afternoons were spent snorkeling just steps from the house or lounging by the pool under the palms with a good book. The beach is practically private — peaceful, quiet, and untouched. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was fantastic - friendly, responsive, and full of helpful local tips.We left feeling completely recharged, already dreaming of when we can return. If you are looking for a peaceful, luxurious, beachfront escape, THIS is it! A slice of heaven! Don’t hesitate- just book it!

We loved our stay at Island Time! The property was exactly as described, with stunning views and feet from the beach, not to mention the beautiful pool. The home was stocked with beach towels, yeti's for cold drinks, hair dryers, etc. All you need to bring is your bathing suit. Paul was incredibly helpful in our planning. Perfect luxury island experience

As 4 50 year-old couples, we were blown away the minute we opened the door. The house was immaculately clean. We were also pleasantly surprised by the kitchen's organization. Everything is labeled and in great quantities. The layout of the house with all 4 bedrooms in corners, is great. You have a nice big central area and a great outdoor layout. We had so much fun with the pool and then only steps to the ocean. There are also plenty of pool floaties for our favorite time time of day .. floaty time with frosty drinks! . This home lives up to its claim of being luxurious. The velour robes were a big hit. We look forward to being here again!!!

Luxury And Everything You Could Possibly Need

This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. The area is safe. My favorite was the kitchen, being an at home cook, I loved having EVERYTHING you would need to grill, bake, pan fry. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine and the tubs are not to miss. We watched the sunrise each morning. There are so many other things I could say about this fine home. But the final thing is this...my family, friends, and I will be back.

Amazing Property

My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door!
