Staff was very friendly. The keys to the first room didn’t work (neither did the second set) so there was some running back and forth between the second floor and the front desk until they finally put me in a room on the fourth floor. So it took a good 15-20 to finally get into my room. When the AC kicked in it put out a urine scent the entire time Water pressure was low and there were hairs in the shower. Bed was comfy but bring your own pillow. The giant marshmallows they had weren’t great.
