This stay was awful because of the staff. My daughter in law extended our stay by a day and they charged her double. When she tried to get a refund because she was charged the extra amount, they gave her the runaround. They said that they refunded it but have not as of yet and it has been over a month since we stayed there. Apparently that hotel is now under new management and they say they cannot help her because they show that she already had been refunded. She has sent in bank statements to show. She has not received any money and they still refused to assist or fix the problem that they created.

Room did not feel or look clean. Smelled very musty. Sheets and towels stained. Could not use the recliner in the room as it was broken. 2 of the 4 days there was only stale muffins (no eggs or sausage) for the "included breakfast." Pool had debri floating in it. No clean towels in the pool area, just a few dirty towels on the ground.

I stayed from the 10th to the 13 of June to tap out my fiance for his graduation in the army. The next morning after my first night I went to take a shower but the drain was clogged, so I went to the phone in the room to ask for help and it wasn’t working so I had to walk down to the lobby and ask for assistance. However they just had my room changed. Which was okay with me but the ac was horrible! I tried to wait it out but it was unbearable! Every time I walked out of my room it was colder outside the hallway than my room! Mind you the ac was on its lowest setting. At this point I was a little frustrated because I did not want to change my room again, but there was no way I was sleeping in that heat. So I had went to down to have my room changed again! I asked to speak with a manager MULTIPLE times. For some reason no kind of authority was found. In the last room thankfully was better but some of the lights weren’t working. It was just one thing after another. I’m usually not too picky about where I’m staying but I paid damn near $500 for these ‘rooms’ it was honestly ridiculous. I had talked to someone on three different occasions and left my information three different timesbecause somehow I felt as though no one would be reaching out to me. It’s now the 17th of June and no one has! The customer service was okay they did as much as they could do, but overall I did not have a great stay. Paying that much money but having to change my room twice, horrible to say the least.

Almost perfect!

Check was simple, room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, hot breakfast was decent, coffee was decent. My ONLY semi-complaint was the morning before we checked out we woke up to find a ton of ants all over the place. And that same day, room service made our beds but didn’t put clean linens on them. This was day 3 of a 4 day stay. Other than those two issues the place was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot!

Good stay with a few issues.

The room smelled, had to buy small air fresheners and place on the A/C unit to blow through them. The deadbolt wouldn't work because it didn't line up with the door jam striker plate. Also, the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom.

Staff was friendly and helpful, every day our room was clean and organized by housekeeping, my trip got extended and the front desk rep was very helpful and helped me to meet my need , hotel offer military discount. One thing that I think it could be better was the breakfast menu every day was the same thing, maybe switching items for customers, it can be boring eating the same thing for 6 days straight. Overall our experience was perfect.

This stay was horrible. I regret booking here and didn’t realize how bad it was until after arriving. The room I was in had a full garbage and was not from us, there was no hot water, the TV would not work. The key for one of the side doors would not let us in. The pool was very dirty and had no towels.

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty. The whole hotel smelled bad and the indoor pool was cloudy and unusable. Also, all the tv’s were out in the whole hotel. We checked out after one night and moved next door to the Holiday Inn. Would not recommend.
