  Space Description:  Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room, designed for relaxation and socializing. Here, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two cozy armchairs, a dining table, and a flat-screen smart TV. This space opens onto a charming terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air or unwind after a day of exploring the city. 
 The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. In addition to essential appliances such as an oven, microwave, induction stove, and fridge with freezer, you’ll also find a kettle, a moka coffee maker, a toaster, and a —perfect for longer stays. The kitchen also features a dining table for shared meals and a window that ensures natural light and ventilation.

The first double bedroom is spacious and bright, furnished with a large bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe. The second double bedroom has a cozy atmosphere, featuring a desk and two chairs, making it ideal for those needing a workspace. The third bedroom, more intimate, includes a single bed, a desk, and a large wardrobe. Finally, the fourth and largest double bedroom offers not only a comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe but also a study area with a desk and an armchair, perfect for those looking for a quiet corner to work or read. 
 The apartment has two modern and functional bathrooms, each with different features. The first bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer, courtesy set, toilet, and bidet, as well as a window for ventilation. The second bathroom, slightly smaller, does not have a bidet but is still equipped with a shower, sink, large mirror, hairdryer, courtesy set, and a window for proper air circulation. 
 Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Upon request, we can provide a baby crib for a small additional fee. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a self check-in system, allowing you to access the property independently and without time constraints.
