They are not responsible and not reliable they call me a day before and they said that the bathroom was out service that I have to go find another hotel, it was not hotel available in Roma that weekend

While not a bad place to stay, it was very much a serve yourself kind of place. Make sure you know when you are coming in, since there is not one there on staff to help you at random times. We were early, but still had to wait three hours for someone to show up and let us in. A little frustrating, but not bad.

Ok B&B a little of the grid

The site we booked through, mistakenly placed this B&B in the centre of the city, close to Fontana di Trevi. We did not spot the mistake and was surprised on arrival that the B&B was in the 'burbs. This did not matter, the tram is just a block away, and only a quick ride into the city. We also discovered the Trastevere district which we may have missed otherwise. Very nice. The place was ok, not spot clean but good enough. You have to make your own breakfast, and it was a little disappointing, only toast and jam. We had juice too, but I strongly suspect it was left from an earlier guest since it was never topped up. The toaster was more like a bread-drier, it slowly converted the bread to crackers rather than toasting it. This made us try the oven to toast the bread, but it turned out it was out of order so no luck... It was a very "stay at home" feeling at this place.

Good location, felt like home.

Close to the tram that takes you to the center within 10-15min. Best Gelato in Rome was found just by the street of the accomodation. Reasonable priced room. There's a kitchen with everything, including a laundrywasher. Remember to tell the owner when you will arrive, so that she can give you the keys. There is 3 different sized rooms. One with an own balcony even. 2 shared bathrooms and one shared balcony aswell as one shared kitchen. I will recommend this to my friends! Oh, and last but not least, the owner lady is nice and helpful!

DO NOT BOOK

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I have to. We've stayed all over Italy, and this is the dodgiest establishment we've ever been in. If you want what is advertised, DO NOT BOOK IT - YOU DO NOT GET WHAT IT SAYS IN THE AD!!! We reserved a "triple person room with en suite bathroom". What we got was a double room only; the bathroom (a cupboard with a toilet in it) was located on the far side of the appartment, and shared with other guests. This is not what we chose. This business is neither a hotel nor a B&B, but an ordinary flat in ugly concrete suburbia. Neither the bedroom nor the shared bathroom were cleaned during our stay. We were told to phone the owner to notify her of our arrival, and despite doing this she turned up late; we were left standing in the scorching sun on the pavement for 30 minutes, surrounded by suitcases until she arrived. No apology. When we'd been shown around, she then proceeded to have a hair-dressing appointment in what was supposed to be our kitchen and bathroom, which lasted all afternoon. Worst of all, in the lounge there is a crude partition wall covered by a curtain, with a mysterious door through it. Behind this live a number of non-Italian immigrants who are permanent residents, not B&B guests! There is a second (much nicer) bathroom, which we were told not to use because it is reserved for them. There was absolutely NO PRIVACY AT ALL. If you want a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as we did, BOOK SOMETHING ELSE.

Plus: god belligenhed (lige under 4,9 km fra lejlighed ind til Colosseum til fods), trygt kvarter, rent, sÞde vÊrter, kÞbmand meget tÊt pÄ (der er kÞkken sÄ man kan lave mad selv), hvis vÊrelset ikke er booket den dag man skal hjem mÄ man gerne vÊre der/have bagage der til man skal afsted. Minus: man skal betale for hÄndklÊder (ogsÄ hÄndhÄnklÊde, det er der ikke pÄ badevÊrelset, der er heller ikke hÄndsÊbe, eller viskestykker i kÞkkenet), der er myre, WiFi virker kun det halve af tiden. OBS man skal betale 3,5 euro pr dag pr person for turist fee, der er tre vÊrelser i alt sÄ man bor sammen med andre (ens vÊrelse kan dog lÄses).

Du sköter dig sjĂ€lv, utan insyn frĂ„n Ă€garen som endast sporadiskt syns i boendet. Ägaren Ă€r vĂ€nlig men inte sĂ„ informativ. Bostaden har orientalisk utsmyckning. SĂ€ngarna var lite vĂ€l hĂ„rda - en ny mjuk madrass hade varit toppen. Frukosten gör du sjĂ€lv och det finns bröd, mjölk och det mesta du behöver till din frukost. Det enda jag saknade var lite hjĂ€lp med tillagning av kaffe i köket, eftersom det endast finns utrustning för italiensk bryggning. En god idĂ© hade kanske varit lĂ€gre pris per natt men utan gratis frukost. Boendets lĂ€ge och friheten som erbjuds gĂ€sterna Ă€r dĂ€remot positiv. Bor gĂ€rna pĂ„ samma plats nĂ€sta gĂ„ng i Rom.

Textilier och sÀngklÀder luktade rök. SÀngarna var stenhÄrda med tydliga fjÀdrar i ryggen och höfterna. Brödrost m.m. ur funktion. Tvingades att byta boende mitt i veckan med motiveringen att badrummet skulle renoveras. Ok lÀge med spÄrvagn till centrum.

N'est pas un hotel mais un B&B en appartement. TrÚs bien placé à cÎté de la ligne de tramway 8 et tout proche de la gare Trastevere qui a une ligne directe avec l'aéroport Fuimicimo.

Aatdige b&b,10 min met bus van centrum.

Gratis parkeren in buurt b&b. Twee kamers met eigen badkamer voor verhuur aanwezig. Ontbijt stelt niets voor dan wat cakejes met jam. Echter prima voor overnachten, douchen en toillet e.d.

Central beliggenhed

Opholdet i Rom var pÄ 10 dage. Hotellet (Bed and Brekfast) var ganske fint med god beliggenhed til bus, tog og metro. VÊrtinden var MEGET imÞdekommen og fÄr mindst 10 point.

Inneboende en bra bit frÄn Roms centrum

Det verkar vara lite oklart vad man fÄr nÀr man bokar in sig hos Abruzzese, i vÄrt fall (2 personer) fick vi ett rum hos systern, som bodde en bra bit utanför Rom, pÄ adressen Via Dante De Blasi 8. Rummet var trevligt, allting var vÀldigt vÀlstÀdat, och frukosten var helt okej, och om det Àr nÄgot man saknar ligger det en stor mataffÀr just över gatan. HyresvÀrdinnan var vÀldigt tillmötesgÄende, erbjöd sig att laga middag Ät oss (gratis) plockade upp oss pÄ tÄgstationen (gratis) och fanns alltid tillgÀnglig pÄ telefon. Hon talar helt okej engelska. Det som Àr dÄligt med just det rum vi fick Àr lÀget. Det gÄr bussar till tunnelbanan (Cipri) som tar kanske 20-25 minuter. Man kan gÄ in till centrala Rom pÄ en dryg timme. Jag skulle rekommendera att man tar kontakt med uthyraren och kontrollerar adressen innan man avgör om man vill bo hÀr. Men utöver lÀget hade vi inget att klaga pÄ. Det rum vi fick hade wifi (nÄgot knaggligt) TV, luftkonditionering och en hel del ambulanser som Äkte förbi utanför fönstret med sirenerna pÄslagna nattetid.

DÄ vi bokade hotellrum för tvÄ familjer; tvÄ dubbelrum och ett rum för tre personer hade vi ingen aning om att vi skulle hamna i en lÀgenget med eget kök och vardagsrum, perfekt för oss! LÀget var perfekt med nÀrhet till tÄgstationen dit tÄg frÄn och till flygplatsen gick varje kvart samt bussar och spÄrvagn som tog catio minuter gick kontinuerligt till Roms mer centrala delar. I kvateren runt om fanns nÄgra restauranger och barer som var tillrÀckligt bra de dagar vi föredrog att stanna i omrÄdet för att Àta middag. Det fanns Àven snabbköp för att komplettera den nÄgot trista italienska frukosten som ingick i "hotellpriset" vilken bestod av vitt bröd och söta pÄlÀgg.j kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende sÀrskilt om ni Àr flera som "fyller ut" hela lÀgenheten. Kanske inte lika trevligt att dela den med nÄgra okÀnda.

Ett lugnt centralt boende.

Jag Àr mycket nöjd med valet av hotell/B&B och kan verkligen rekommendera det. Ett trevligt omrÄde och en jÀttetrevlig vÀrdinna. Det var rent och snyggt i lÀgenheten och i vÄrt rum. Det enda som drar ner betyget nÄgot var att sÀngen var för hÄrd för min smak. Ett plus för att vi hade tillgÄng till kök och kunde laga vÄr egen middag om vi ville, frukosten var över förvÀntan. Det var nÀra till bussar och spÄrvagn till city Àven om vi mestadels promenerade till alla sevÀrdheter. Vi kommer garanterat att boka Abruzzese nÀsta gÄng vi Äker till Rom.
