The apartment is in a noble building from the end of the 1800s with a doorman and can accommodate up to 8 people
All the archaeological sites are reachable "on foot" from the apartment but also:
Auditorium Parco Musica, Stadio Olimpico, etc.

Endroit propre et beau. La cuisine n’est pas une cuisine mais des armoires dans le corridor. Trop petit pour 8 personnes, non adaptĂ© pour cuisiner des repas. Lors de la location l’annonce fesait part d’une piscine privĂ© qui finalement c’est avĂ©rĂ©e ĂȘtre une piscine publique en face Ă  10 euro par personne l’aprĂšs-midi, informations reçu Ă  2 mois de l’arrivĂ©e. Nous n’avons pas eu de wifi prĂšs de 3 jours, et comme rĂ©ponse l’hĂŽte nous a dit qu,on avait pas besoin et d’aller au bar si besoin. Bris de vie privĂ© car quelqu’un est entrĂ© dans le logement quand nous n’étions pas prĂ©sent. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accusĂ©s d’avoir laissĂ© l’air climatisĂ© trop froid et avons ete faussement menacĂ©s de payer une amande. HĂŽte BĂȘte et dĂ©sagrĂ©able par moment. Elle n’est pas accueillante.

A great stay in Rome

The apartment is ideally located to visit Rome with all commodities nearby. The subway is ten minutes away on foot, there are numerous restaurants and even a nice market in the vicinity if one is willing to cook fresh Italian products. The booklet prepared by the owner contains many practical information and was very useful. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything corresponds to the pictures shown in the presentation of the place. The kitchen, which is in the hallway, can be closed like a wardrobe. Even modest in size, nothing is missing in the kitchen which has even an induction cooker. The owner was really helpful and always available given us information, advice that made our stay in Rome great and unforgettable. Thanks again Marina

Loved our Roman holiday!

We loved staying at Marina’s apartment- it is spacious, clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden, has character and is in great location! We were able to walk everywhere we needed. We love walking. There is a great grocery store, beautiful park and lots of restaurants nearby. Marina was available when we needed her, helped us in any way she could, and was very kind to us. Beautiful, accommodating apartment in great location

Marina was a very gracious and helpful host and our group of 7 family members of all sizes, conditions and ages thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the location. Close to bus, tram, shopping, food, and historic/cultural sites. Private and quiet too! We would stay there again when visiting family in Roma and we recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment is beautiful and Marina is a wonderful host. She was very helpful ad easy to contact and communicate with. There is free street parking if you are traveling by car. You can walk to all the major sites and the taxi and bus station an are within walking distance. Overall we had a great time.

Amazing stay in Rome

This place was beautiful and amazing. Apartment was clean and in a great safe location. We enjoyed the walk to Rome and through the park near the apartment. There were 6 of us and felt we had the perfect amount of room to spread out. The host was amazing as well. Someone in our party lost their passport and Marina assisted us with trying to locate it. She was committed with us before and during our stay in a timely manner. If we return to Rome we will return to this place.

Nice apartment, misleading information

This is a nice apartment with good amenities. We were fine with walking but know that you are in a residential area about 2 miles from the Vatican and Colosseum. The kitchen is a kitchenette but has everything you need for breakfast or a simple dinner. We enjoyed staying in a residential area with good, local restaurants. Marina was helpful in securing airport transportation and recommending sites and restaurants. The plumbing in the second bathroom did not work well. We booked this particular apartment because it listed a private pool but the pool is at a nearby athletic club and costs 20 euro per person per time. Marina became angry when I asked about this and stated that had I printed our confirmation from a PC I would have seen this, but I cannot see this information in the app or the full confirmation. Overall, I can recommend this property just know the details may not all be correct.

Wonderful Accommodations in Central Rome

The property was in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the metro and buses. The beds were very comfortable and the entire home was beautifully decorated with interesting antiques. Marina, the hostess, was delightful and extremely helpful! I would stay there again!

Beautiful apartment in Rome

Marina was a delight. She spent a lot of time with us showing us the apartment & even reviewed our itinerary. The apartment was clean & the rooms were spacious. Everything we needed for a week’s stay, though we all wished we could have stayed longer. We used public transportation to get around, there are bus stops nearby & a metro station not too far away. The beds were super comfortable with nice sheets. This was the first place I’ve ever stayed where I didnt have control of a thermostat, but the comforter on my bed kept me warm. My daughter slept in a sweatshirt. Marina mentioned that she turned the heat on for us on our last night, confirming our suspicion that we didn’t have access to do that for ourselves. Though the apartment is beautiful & the beds super comfy, we really only slept and bathed there (I enjoyed the tub). Honestly it was a great stay, Marina was very helpful getting us cans when we needed them & I would stay here again. It is outside of the Roman walls, so taxi to & from the airport is roughly €60-65.

Clean and comfortable apartment. 1st floor (stairs to get to apartment from outdoors). Clean and comfortable beds. Stayed with my family the first of the week, and then just the 2 of us the rest of the week. Walking to metro, bus, coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants. Be ware of taxis as some tried to charge us 10 euros extra from the meters. Beautiful city and stay. Thank you.

Comfortable clean apartment

The apartment was on the 1st floor, very comfortable and clean. The hostess was pleasant and helpful. Kitchen was small, but we didn't cook much. Metro and bus within walking distance. Marina the owner made us comfortable right away! Told us things to see near her home and advised us to get tickets early. The home is very comfortable and couldn’t be in a better neighborhood. Far enough away from the busy center that it isn’t super crowded Has good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Not too far away to walk to many attractions. Convenient to metro and bus. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, gracious hostess

We were a large family group of eight from kids to grandparents and we needed a larger space which our Belle Arti apartment met ideally. The two large bathrooms were a welcome asset. We were able to make meals or bring in takeout and enjoy meals as we would do at home. From the moment we made our booking, our hostess Marina provided useful tips on how to maximize our Rome excursions, we were sure glad of her advice booking tickets to Galleria Borghese and the Colosseum well in advance of arriving in Rome, we enjoyed all our venues without any lineups. The apartment’s central location near Villa Borghese gardens permitted walking to many sights or taking the Metro to ones further away. It seemed we always had a question for Marina, where to eat, shopping ideas, transportation options. Her prompt and reliable responses added hugely to the enjoyment of our holiday in Rome, and fond memories of our home away from home Belle Arti, and our gracious hostess Marina, gratzie mille

Perfect location to see Rome and enjoy relaxation

Our family included grandparents, parents, and two teenage girls and the accommodations could not have been better. The apartment was gorgeous, with marble tile floors, high ceilings and tasteful decoration. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms perfectly fit the needs of our diverse group. The apartment is located in quite enclave near the beautiful Villa Borghese park with all of its wonderful attractions and we found two really excellent full service restaurants and an outstanding pizzeria within walking distance (5 minutes at most) of the apartment. Transportation to Rome center and the Vatican from the apartment was also easily accessible. Marina, our host, was delightful and wonderfully helpful - both prior to our arrival and throughout our 3 night stay. This is our second visit to Rome and when we return, which we will, we will plan our visit to stay in Marina's apartment.

Made Rome a Very Pleasurable Experience

The property is in a charming house and in a convenient neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown Rome but within walking distance of public transportation to get to restaurants and sites. Marina, the owner was incredibly helpful. We did not cook there during our 3 day stay but potential cooks should note that the kitchen is a "pocket kitchen" behind doors and not a separate full room.

Wonderful host, Excellent Property

Marina is an exceptional host! She provided us great suggestions on food, sites, and transportation. She provided a wheelchair for my 84 year old mother-in-law, which made all our sightseeing manageable! She was available for any/all our questions, including setting up final airport transportation. She made our trip very special. The property itself is in a tranquil location, with beautiful gardens, in the heart of Rome. Bedrooms are large and bathrooms are nicely appointed. Close to transportation options, easy to request an Uber, or explore on foot. Would highly recommend.
