Spacious and bright. 2 double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, study, two bathrooms, terrace. It equipped with air conditioning and free internet wifi. Ceiling with wooden beams. Decorated with antique furniture. Washing machine and dishwasher. In cooking pots and utensils available. Located close to all the main tourist sites (accessible on foot or by bus). Enjoy your favorite spot and frequented the city, full of cafes and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and, despite being in the heart of the city nightlife, and 'peaceful and quiet with a stunning view over the Roman rooftops. You can sample directly under the house the best pizza in town and wander around the typical market of flowers ....... will also be a pleasure to help our guests to book to attend the most interesting events. Guided tours are available on request. The laundry, a drying room, hair dryer, oven, coffee machine 'will make your stay more comfortable.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 7 à 11 ans) à Rome dans cet appartement (4 nuits). L'emplacement est idéal et nous avons pu visiter la ville à pied uniquement. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé. Le contact avec la propriétaire est parfait et Gabriele est très arrangeante et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Idéalement situé et très agréable appartement

Nous avons eu la chance de loger une dizaine de jours dans cet appartement, idéalement situé, spacieux et confortable. Il était encore plus joli que dans les photos, très pratique avec le lave linge et le lave vaisselle. Le petit balcon est parfait pour l'apéro, les lits sont confortables, la salle de bains est spacieuse avec une baignoire et une douche. Les serviettes fournies sont de bonne qualité et la décoration est de bon goût. Juste en bas, il y a une super boulangerie et le marché sur la place. Rome est une ville sublime et les romains sont adorables. N'hésitez pas une seconde pour louer cet appartement !! Si jamais vous avez prévu de passer la dernière journée à Rome et que vous devez libérer l'appartement, à 5 mn à pied vous avez un endroit pour les laisser (Drop Bag) Merci Gabriel

Description correcte. Appartement propre, bien entretenu, il manque un peu de matériel ( grille pain, couteaux, tasses café) , les 2 chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes. Sur place le marché, bars, restaurants, musique , quartier très animé et ....bruyant, proche du Panthéon, fontaine de trévi, place navone, etc... Dans l'appartement plan du quartier et commerces indiqués. A recommander grâce à son emplacement très central.

Location was fabulous. You can walk to everything easily. Apartment was clean and spacious for friends or families to stay. Be aware there is many uneven stairs to get up to the apartment and noise from the square into the night. I would stay here again.

Amazing apartment in Central Rome

The photos of this apartment do not do it justice. You are in a beautiful old building right in the heart of Rome. We love the area around Campi D’Fiore as it is so easy to walk everywhere, you also have bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. Gabriele was a great host. We were five adults and had plenty of room for a relaxing holiday. The balcony was a real treat in Central Rome. The windows shut out any street noise, and the apartment had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location, great apartment!

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 young adults) could not have picked a more wonderful location for our Rome stay. The apartment is in walking distance to so many things, and Campo de Fiori is amazing - a bustling market during the day, and full of nightlife after dark. We had some wonderful breakfasts at the cafés around the piazza. Gabriele was a perfect host and very responsive - made us feel at home immediately. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great time staying in this apartment in Campo Di Fiori! The apartment is very spacious and quiet even though it is in a vibrant and busy area. Gabriele was particularly helpful when I lost my hand luggage on the train.

Feels like you moved in months before…

I really love this property. From the understated but seemingly ancient entrance, you journey up a few flights of stairs that seem worn over hundreds of years, each stair step is unique in height and width… it’s like you’re stepping back in time. The bedrooms are both quaint with nice antique and wooden wardrobes and dressers. The beds are super comfortable and the windows are well insulated so they are excellent at keeping out most the evening chatter from the pub down in the street below. The kitchen and eating area are comfortably sized and there was plenty of detergents for laundry and dishwashing as well as some coffee pods for a morning espresso.

Great location

What a great place, location is the best some noice at night but it did not bother me I’m from Chicago that was nothing. If you are sensitive to noice bring ear plugs but don’t miss out on this place. The morning market oh my god!! The beautiful flowers the people I wish we had stayed longer. At night the restaurants the shops you don’t need to leave the neighborhood if you don’t want! Enjoy!

Trip of a lifetime!

I honestly can’t say enough about the location, property or property manager. My sister and I just finished a beautiful 23 day stay at this apartment and it exceeded our expectations. We wanted a real Roman feel, not a hotel. We lived in that apartment and became one with the city. There are 3 flights of stairs but it wasn’t as bad as you would think. You are in Campo Di Fiori when you walk out of the front door. We walked to every major attraction and more. We didn’t want to leave. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great and the apartment is much bigger than you would get from a hotel. The property manager Gabrielle went above and beyond from keeping in contact before our trip to arranging our transfer from the airport to the apartment there and back. He met us promptly when we arrived and also gave us great advice about how to get around. When I come back to Italy I hope this apartment is still available because I would stay here again!
