OK for one night

The room was clean and the internet was good. We were assigned to a room in the older building closest to the restaurant. The carpet in the hallway was stained and it was very old looking. There was noise coming from a nearby room, so we were given a room in the newer building which was much better.

The hotel was nice and clean and transport to the airport was easy via shuttle buses However the bathroom cubicle was too small to take a shower in.

Fine, nothing fancy. But it was clean and conveniently located, short drive to the airport. We had a car so we didn’t have to use the shuttle service but it was a separate charge and you had to schedule ahead of time, just so people know it’s different than typical shuttles in the United States

I was told that they would give me a nice room with a nice view, the room was not done, it was dirty and it was not clean, the second room they gave us was ok but the view was aiming at garbage and pallets, dirty backward.

A total rip off. A facility & accommodation that should cost $100 a night tops, not 450. For $525 a night we stayed at the Hoxton in Florence, a luxury 4star amazing designer property. Look on your own site. If you have any sense of justice you will refund the majority of our payment.

Hallways dark and dingy , rooms were ok but beds very hard , could not get good nights sleep because of how hard mattress was. I was expecting to at least have complimentary coffee and was surprised there wasn’t and there would be an 18 euro charge for breakfast per person, no thanks
