Nice soft beds, rooms in great condition with good amentities and comfort. Full breakfast options. The rooftop restaurant had a nice view, but the food there was not superior.

The property is convenient, near the Rome Termini, surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. However, the front desk does not pick up multiple times when I called. I go down the lobby and no one is at the front desk - all on a break smoking outside. When I checked out, they told me mandatory 3% tip was added on my bill. I was puzzled. Then I overheard another hotel staff saying tip is not mandatory. They need to train their front desk staff to have the same consistent message. Tips are earned, why should that be mandatory?

The spacious room was state-of-the-art with comfortable bedding, great climate control and beautiful bathroom with bathrobes. Breakfast each morning was well worth the Eur 18, with many deliciously prepared options on the buffet. The rooftop restaurant served great food and wine, witha full bar and great views. Staff was helpful. When I return to Rome, I will stay here again.

This was our second time staying here and we were glad we chose it again. The location is great - less than a 10 minute walk to the main train station and to 2 of the hop on hop off bus stops. Lots of restaurants and shopping were right there. Our room was spacious and clean and a very good layout for a couple and an additional adult. The breakfast was fantastic every morning, and they packed a to go breakfast for us on the day we had to be at an early tour. If we ever return to Rome, we’ll stay here again.
