Everything is perfect, the room is clean, AC is quiet, breakfast is good. Only hick was the students in the campus talk loudly at night at the front court, till 12:30 pm, and sometimes till 3AM. We heard speaker bases from other room in the weekend. Don't forget to bring ear plugs if you want to stay there.

I likee that I was able to check in quite early. I did not like that during my stay over a few nights that there were young people making noise in the hallways well past midnight. Last night yelling at 1:30AM. Seems to be mostly college age students that stay at this location. Assume they were drunk or just being wild without caring about anyone else trying to sleep. Also, the breakfast at this location needs improvement. Eggs and bacon cold every morning. So easy to have some type of a heating device underneath the prepared foods. Not much of a selection.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean facility. Two floors are being used as student housing but that was no problem. Metro station was a short walk and we were downtown in less than 20 minutes. Area of the hotel was dingy and there was a lot of trash.

The room was not as clean as we hoped. The staff was awesome and helped us getting around town. Rome is a huge city with a lot of traffic, but the hotel was quiet and safe. The breakfast was healthy and plentiful.

We really had good time at this hotel, very near to the Metro station made our life easy to roam around in Rome. Staff are really good and friendly. Very clean hotel with good Air conditioning, nice breakfast. Very happy with the hotel. Thank you
