Finely furnished apartment equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay in the capital. Composed of entrance, large living room with two sofas, television and large table. Separate eat-in kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and walk-in wardrobe and the other with a double sofa bed and desk/study/work corner. A large bathroom with 1.5 m walk-in shower. Two small terraces, one of which is a service terrace with access from the bedroom and the other, with access from the living room, is covered and is equipped with a two-seater sofa and a coffee table. The apartment is located in a historic area of Rome, quiet, residential and with little traffic, mainly composed of period villas and a few minutes walk from one of the liveliest areas of the capital for its bars and clubs, Piazza Sempione. The apartment is "forbidden" for children under 10 years of age.
For stays longer than 10 nights, a payment will be due relating to the cost of intermediate cleaning. It is a necessary condition that is accepted by confirming the booking.
The cost is equal to the one already incurred applied at the time of booking.
Payment must be paid before arrival and agreed with the host. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
