Welcome to our elegant flat 'Casa Garibaldi' located in the heart of Rome, on Via Merulana, overlooking the Colle Oppio. The flat is located on the sixth floor of a historic building dating back to the late 19th century and offers plenty of natural light and a cosy atmosphere that will give you an authentic Roman experience. Convenience is at your fingertips, as the iconic Colosseum is only a 5-minute walk away and the vibrant Monti district is only 8 minutes away.

The flat, located on the top floor (with lift available from the 1st floor), has been recently renovated preserving the original soul of the house. It comprises a large bright entrance hall thanks to its double exposure. The kitchen, fully equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher, is located immediately to the right. The bathroom, featuring a small tub inspired by Roman baths, is adjacent. The bedroom on the right offers a comfortable double bed, 4k TV with Netflix, two suitcase holders and access to the walk-in wardrobe. The living room on the left has a private balcony overlooking the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and San Giovanni in Laterano, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The flat offers a unique fusion of 1970s Italian design and modern pieces, creating an eclectic ambience.

Casa Garibaldi is located on Monte di Colle Oppio, just opposite the Esquilino district. Via Merulana is one of the oldest streets in Rome, connecting the Lateran Basilica of San Giovanni and the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. The district is very lively and offers all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, bars, museums and theatres. Esquilino is a multicultural district and you can enjoy a wide variety of international cuisines. Walking around the streets you will have the feeling of being a little bit in Berlin, New York or Paris.

The flat has a very strategic location and allows you to reach the whole centre on foot. It is also very well connected to public transport such as Metro A (Vittorio Emanuele, 2 min. walk), Metro B (Termini, 8 min. walk) and buses.
For those arriving by car, there are several options: blue street parking spaces (for a fee), white street parking spaces (free of charge) or paid garages (there are 4 garages within a few metres of the house).
