NEWLY RENOVATED IN AUGUST 2022!

The flat measures 55 m² (592 ft²) and offers a bright living room with double windows, a comfortable suite and a very spacious bathroom.

Both windows in the living room offer a close view of the Colosseum, which is only 200m away.

The house has high-speed Wi-Fi, new soundproof windows, self check-in technology and air conditioning in all rooms.
The house has been furnished entirely with furniture made in Italy.

The space
The entire flat has been renovated with a focus on reducing the environmental impact: water-saving taps, energy-saving lighting and recycling bins.

All the rooms in the house have soundproof windows and doors, high-speed Wi-Fi, LAN networks in all rooms, air conditioning, radiators and LED lights.

At the entrance to the flat you will find an original red brick wall dating back to the 17th century, the century in which the entire building was built.

The living room with an open Scavolini kitchen is bright and spacious, also suitable for organising dinners for 4 people. The numerous lighting points allow different atmospheres to be created as required. The round kitchen table is illuminated by a Kartell hanging chandelier from the Fly collection.

The comfortable sofa quickly converts into an extremely comfortable bed to accommodate two additional guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, cooker with induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, crockery, fridge, freezer and a modern microwave oven.

The master bedroom is illuminated by 6 state-of-the-art LED spotlights that allow for three different types of varying intensity.

The pillows and the latest generation antibacterial memory mattress guarantee the best rest and hygiene. Large three-door wardrobes with interior mirrors, a desk, luggage rack and 43-inch full HD smart TV complete the furnishings.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower with chrome therapy, a large walk-in entrance and a 180 cm resin shower tray.

A safe and a utility room with washing machine and clothes rack complete the flat.

Guest access
The flat is located on the first floor of a 17th century building in the historic centre of the capital, within walking distance of the Colosseum (200m), the Domus Aurea (270m), Arch of Constantine (650m) and the Imperial Forums.

The building does not have a lift.

Both the condominium door and the security door at the entrance of the flat are equipped with self check-in technology via keypad.

The house is located in the historic centre but just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

The property was a great find. It's minutes away from the Colosseum and relatively close walk to St. John Lateran, the Sancta Scala and Santa Maria Maggiore. There are lots of food options and places to buy your incidentals. Alberto was a great host and always responded on a timely manner. It's a great spot that I would be happy to book again.
