This studio is located on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, a street that connects The Colosseum to Piazza san Giovanni in Laterano where the first of Rome's four major Papal Basilicas is located. The neighbourhood is characterized by narrow alleys of sanpietrini, artisan stores, art galleries, trattorias, restaurants , bars, small squares and old buildings. Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia and Via del Corso are within walking distance. Subway station B, Colosseo is 700m from the apartment.

Upon entering the house you are greeted by a single room with a small hallway with the kitchen to your left and the bathroom on the right . The studio is on two levels with a step of about 40 cm where there is a double bed, an armchair and television. A table with chairs, bookcase, pictures and lamps complete the furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a small refridgerator(80cm high), oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cutlery and crockery for 4 people. The bathroom has sanitary ware and a shower cabin. The apartment faces Via S.G. in Laterano.
