The host do not answer when i asked if i can extend my stay no way to make late check out neither

Bad communication to my questions and requests i ask if i can extend my stay and they neither answer to me zero back office all in automatic starting from too many procedures codes and actions in order you can get inside the appartament and if you not have internet to your phone you can rest outside if you arrive late then 23 pm
